A modern version of a P-Bass pickups set by Dreamsongs

The Modern P-Bass from Dreamsong Pickups is an overwound version of the classic Precision Bass pickup — designed for bassists seeking more power, depth and character. It offers elevated midrange punch and enhanced low end, yet still maintains excellent note definition and articulation — something not always found in higher output models.


Handcrafted with vintage-inspired components: vulcanized fiberboard bobbin, premium Alnico 5 magnets, enamel-coated magnet wire, cloth lead wires, and wax-potting to eliminate microphonics and unwanted noise.


The result: a pickup that stays true to the Precision Bass heritage, but with a bigger, warmer and more assertive voice — perfect for modern rock, funk, deep groove or serious bassists who want to cut through the mix.
