Either by bank card - 100% secure payments, or via your PAYPAL account (possibility of payment in 4 installments), or by bank card via the secure platform with CM-CIC Paiement (French bank CIC).
What delivery method is possible / carriers?
In France: Either by Colissimo Collection point, or Colissimo without signature or Colissimo with signature (+ possibility of Colissimo OVERSEAS)
Outside France : via local post offices
What is the shipping and delivery time?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Your order will be delivered in France within 3 days after shipment. For delivery in Europe 5 to 7 days. Other countries: 7 to 10 days.
In certain special cases (South America, Oceania, etc.) delivery may take longer.
Creation of a professional account:
As a professional, you can benefit from a discount on all your orders on our site as well as a VAT exemption (for EU professionals). If you wish to create an account, please send us your request by email: info@adpguitarparts.fr with your SIRET number for French professionals or your VAT number for professionals outside France. After verification and validation, we will create a professional account for you.
What to do in case of damaged equipment?
We take all necessary precautions and make it a point of honor to carefully pack your orders. Unfortunately, it still sometimes happens that our packages, or even worse the equipment, arrive damaged. In this case, we are of course at your disposal to assist you via our contact email address: info@adpguitarparts.fr. We will ask you for more information on the damage, the condition of the package and will ask you for photos of it. We will also ask you to kindly keep the package, as well as the padding materials. In this case we will send you a return slip.
I received a defective product or a wrong product:
If you have received a defective product or if there is an error in your order, please contact us by email at info@adpguitarparts.fr no later than 15 days after receiving your order. We will ask you for photos. A return slip will then be sent to you.

How to make a return and / or request a refund?
You can return your order to us no later than 30 days after receipt of the package. Unused equipment, in perfect condition, carefully packaged, can be returned to us, at your expense, to the following address: SVEL ADP - 5 Allée Jean-François Millet, 29280 PLOUZANE. Please include your order number as well as your first and last name in your return package.
