The TOWNER V.BLOCK, by itself, is designed to accommodate Les Paul Jr type guitar bodies with wraparound stop tailpiece bridge.TOWNER V.BLOCK, is designed for the BIGSBY® B3 and BIGSBY® B7 vibrato tailpieces ONLY.The TOWNER V.BLOCK is designed set the BIGSBY® spring cup back 1/2″ inch from butting up against the bridge post or stop tailpiece stud.It also creates the necessary distance for the BIGSBY® to fit on the shorter guitar bodies.The TOWNER V.BLOCK System works best with LES PAUL or short type guitar bodies to mount a BIGSBY® B3 vibrato tailpiece. The V.BLOCK is a complete SCREW-LESS system that includes the DTB and HPA. It uses a 1/2 in.Thick block mounted to the hinge-plate of the Bigsby B3 tailpiece creating distance between the spring cup of the tailpiece and the stud on Les Paul guitar bodies ONLY. The hinge-plate adapter is designed to go on the outside of the B3 hinge-plate to raise the strap button out of the slot for easier access. Designed for the BIGSBY B3 vibrato tailpieces ONLY.
