Made of 2-piece alder, this S-Style body comes without a finish, leaving every step of your project up to you. Whether you want to apply opaque paint, a stain, a clear coat, a nitrocellulose finish or an oil, this body is an excellent starting point.
The HSH configuration (Humbucker / single coil / Humbucker) opens the door to many tonal possibilities. It combines the power of humbuckers with the clarity of a middle single coil, covering vintage tones as well as the most modern sounds.
Alder is valued for its excellent tonal balance. It offers precise highs, present mids and defined lows, which makes it a particularly versatile choice.
The cavities are precisely routed for easy assembly and excellent compatibility with S-Style format components.

Each body is made from natural wood. Grain, color and weight may vary slightly from one body to another, making each piece unique.
As with any luthier's project, slight dimensional differences can exist between neck manufacturers. A slight adjustment of the neck pocket or the neck heel may sometimes be needed to achieve a perfectly tight fit. This is a routine operation, not a manufacturing defect.
