The CREL Silent JB42 pickup is a set of Jazz Bass® pickups designed for those seeking the authentic JB42 sound, without compromising on silent operation. Thanks to its "silent" architecture, it effectively eliminates unwanted noise while maintaining a clear attack, well-defined mids, and tight, articulate lows, even in dense playing situations or in the studio.
The use of Neodymium Iron Boron magnets provides a fast response, excellent punch, and great precision in dynamic rendering. Each pickup is specifically calibrated for the neck and bridge, ensuring perfect balance across the entire spectrum.
The set features 2-wire wiring with braided ground, making it easy to integrate into most standard Jazz Bass® configurations. The dimensions follow classic formats, ensuring a drop-in installation with no modification to the pickguard or routing.
